About the Role

We're seeking an Data Analyst, Customer Success (Healthcare) to join our lean and formidable team as our 7th employee. In this role, you'll bridge deep technical expertise with exceptional customer relationships- serving as the trusted advisor our customers rely on to unlock insights from our healthcare datasets. You'll have an outsized impact from day one, translating complex data into actionable intelligence that helps healthtech companies accelerate their go-to-market success.

Your Responsibilities

Customer partnership - serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of customers, leading calls to scope data requests and translate business needs into analytical approaches
Make an impact - write and optimize SQL queries against healthcare data
Ownership and collaboration - create customer-ready reports, presentations, and data visualizations; conduct onboarding and training to maximize customer value
Innovation - build repeatable analytical workflows and contribute creative solutions to complex healthcare data challenges

Your Experience

2+ years in a customer-facing analytical role (customer success, solutions analyst, data analyst, or similar)
Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries (joins, aggregations, window functions, CTEs)
Experience working with healthcare data- medical/prescription claims, provider databases, or similar
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Product-driven mindset with strong customer empathy and advocacy
